QCHCA General Meeting, Speaker Mike Wilson UVic. Director, Campus Planning and Sustainability

QCHCA will host a general meeting on Tuesday April 23rd from 7 to 9 pm in Art Rm. 2 at the Cedar Hill Rec. Centre. Our President, Susan Haddon will provide an update about current activities in our community and the AGM planned for Tuesday May 28th. Our guest speaker on April 23rd will be Mike Wilson, the Director of Campus Planning and Sustainability at the University of Victoria. His department is responsible for planning the development of the campus, which includes buildings, land use, infrastructure, natural areas and transportation as well as for coordinating initiatives related to sustainability. He will provide an overview of existing and future projects, answer questions, and inform us about public engagement opportunities regarding plans for the Ian Stewart Complex.
