Please fill out this form and click Register. You can then make your payment - your membership will become active as soon as we receive your e-transfer or cheque or cash. Student memberships are free.
Username - this can be whatever you want.
Email - this is the address you'll use for logging into the site, renewing your membership, etc. There can only be one email in the system, so if someone in your household has used an email already, you'll need a different address.
Type of Membership - here you indicate if this is
- Single 1 year ($10), 2 year membership ($20)
- Student membership (Free)
- Family 1 year ($20) or 2 year membership ($40)
Payment Method - will you be sending an e-transfer, or a cheque, or cash?
If you wish to pay by eTransfer from your bank please use QCHCA's payments email payments@QCHCA.org (Please check your bank’s website for eTransfer instructions.)
Students Only - please tell us what high school, college or university you are currently attending.
