Virtual Open House & Information Session – 3301 Quadra Street

RG Foster Developments has submitted a proposal to establish a six-storey residential building at 3301-3329 Quadra Street (between Inverness Ave and Holmes Ave).

The project aims to convert four old single-family lots into 104 market rental homes, improving housing diversity and creating
much-needed new rental stock close to amenities and transit, and steps from Four Corners Village. The proposal is OCP-compliant and proposes 82 parking spaces, and 110 bicycle parking spaces. A new cul-de-sac will be constructed on Inverness Avenue, with new pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure.
