Native Seeds, Supplying Restoration Film

On Monday December 9th from 7 to 9 pm, FarmFolk CityFolk will host an event that includes a 60 minute documentary about the native seed supply chain in the western United States. After the film local experts including Kristen Miskelly from Satinflower Nursery will discuss native seed restoration.  Cinecenta at UVic are providing the space at no cost and the $10.00 admission fee will help support the FarmFolk CityFolk organization.  There will be snacks , door prizes and inspiration to help motivate our community to collect native plant seeds and restore our ecosystem.
